In today's modified fitness workout, we take things down to the floor! We walk you through a safe and simple process for getting down to the ground from a standing position, and how to safely get back up from that position, once the workout is complete. Plan on being on the floor for the duration of the workout. We recommend only completing this workout if you have given our other modified workouts a try, and feel excited to take things up a notch!
