Tabata is a fast-paced workout that features time intervals of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. This workout will push you to give everything you've got! In today's workout, we have 6 different sets, with 2 unique exercises in each set! There's a lot going on, but one thing is for sure, you won't get bored! The only equipment needed for today's workout is a set of dumbbells! Let's rock it out!
