Don’t worry though! This class is NOT all just crunches and sit ups. We will include multiple movements that require you to brace your core, without even realizing that is our main focus!
As the name suggests, this classes equipment usage is limited to just you! We’ll perform movements both cardio and strength based to give your body a complete workout! Don’t underestimate the power of bodyweight only workouts. Give this class a try and we are sure you’ll leave with a sweat!
Our bootcamp classes are a perfect encapsulation of full body workouts. They feature the most variety in equipment usage and movement selection. In this class, you will move around the room going from exercise to exercise at a consistent pace. Let’s get our bootcamp on!
The countdown class refers to our work time interval. In this class, you will start off by doing each movement in a set for 2 minutes. As each round progresses, the intervals shorten. Once you finish the first round, you know the next round gets shorter!
Flex is our slow paced, strength based class. You will use dumbbells, kettlebells, and more to conquer this strength class! This workout can be ran as a stationary set up or a bootcamp, rotation based class. So be prepared for anything!
This class is at the top of chaos and movement (in a good way)! There are 3 different lanes. Every lane consists of a different exercise. Each member starts at a different lane and progresses at the end of each interval.
Think of this class as your Leg Day! We will hit the quads, calves, glutes, hamstrings and more to give the legs not only a great workout, but a great stretch!
Think of this class as your Arm Day! We will hit the Biceps, Triceps, Chest and more to give the upperbody not only a great challenge, but a great workout!
This class is all about POWER! We will work explosive strength, and test your ability to exert force in short periods of time. These classes will feature rowers, med balls, plyoboxes, and more!
This workout will focus on using both standard weights, bodyweight, and resistance bands to work on resistance based movements. This will provide your muscles with a unique type of muscle strain not often seen in tradition lifting scenarios.
This class pairs jump rope and several other exercises in a fast paced circuit like routine. Each set will start with an interval of jump rope lasting anywhere from 60 seconds to 30 seconds. This is one of our fastest paced workouts available if performed with max effort. As usual, members can modify all portions of this workout.
This class will feature a mix of 3 unique sets. Each set will be performed in a fast-paced AMRAP style workout structure (As Many Rounds As Possible). This keeps the body moving at a fast rate, and challenges the body to exert energy and strength at continuous rates.
Building muscle requires continuous focus on stability and core work. That is what this class will focus on! Equipment featured in this class will include TRX straps, stability balls, and more!
Our Super Sets class is a weight lifting based class that works similar muscles in a back to back fashion. You will have a set focused primarily on upper body, lower body, and core. Each set will consist of 2 movements that you will alternate between.
Our Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training. It consists of eight rounds of exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. It’s a perfect way to push yourself, without feeling like you can’t keep going. The 10 second rest period is a perfect set up to get you through this class!
Get ready to speed it up! Time crunch classes feature a 1 minute work interval. For the first 45 seconds, you can expect a standard, slower paced movement. For the last 15 seconds, that movement will be sped up! For example, a crunch, would turn into a sit up with punches!
Warrior Rotations provide a good mix of agility and strength based movements. These workouts are aimed at targeting several different muscles in the body, all without needing a ton of space!
