Here at the LWStrength Club, we believe in keeping your body guessing with new exercise routines every week! With changing exercise circuits you can be sure to see something new each time. Boot camp circuits, Cardio Kick Boxing, Tabata, Bodyweight Blasts, and more. You can be prepared to sweat!

 

Our program has been designed with every fitness level in mind, so starting your fitness journey is easy and exciting. Each exercise can be modified to fit your specific needs!

With class times throughout the week, there are no more excuses! Feel free to download and print the file for easy accessibility. Once you become a member, you will have access to an online class schedule through our member app!

Unlike other gyms, we don't believe in 1-year contracts and unnecessary agreements. With each Lifeweight Fitness plan, you choose when you want to train and when you need a break.
