I'm new to fitness, can I take these classes?Yes! LWStrength training sessions have be designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Various exercise options are always shown to allow for full customization of your workout routine.

I have an injury, can I take these classes?All workout classes can be adapted to your specific limitations and fitness restrictions. Depending on your limitations, 1-1 trainings may be a better option to help address those limitations. If you are unsure if your injury will prevent you from full participation in class, please get in touch with us at support@lwstrength.com

How long are group classes?Fitness classes usually last around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the structure. This includes your warm-up and cool down.

What are the classes like?From bootcamps, strength classes, and your row-your-butt-off cardio sweat sessions, we do it all! Each class is unique in nature to give your body a challenge and keep the mind excited for more. You can find a full list of our current class list here!

Do you offer discounts?We do not offer any sign up discounts. Each member pays the same amounts for the same services, regardless of what time they signed up or how long they have been a member. It's part of our transparent and fair pricing model.
