LWStrength members are able to view workout categories via our member application. Below are general workout times and do not give information on specific workout categories. To learn about our workout categories, click here.

Reservations are required to attend classes. Reservations can be made up to 15 minutes before a class starts. Upon signing up, instructions will be emailed to get you started!
