New to group fitness? Build strength and confidence in a 1-1 setting before dipping your toes in a faster paced environment. The Jumpstart program is designed to get you accustomed to a variety of movements and fitness styles seen in our group fitness classes.

About The Program

The Jumpstart program consists of three unique 1-1 sessions, each focusing on a different pillar of fitness- cardio, strength, and stability. After the program, you can choose to continue with customized 1-1 training or head to group fitness with the confidence you need!

LWStrength paired with Trevor's expertise has been such a game changer for me. Trevor is patient and kind but also no BS. Every session is challenging in it's own way. I look forward to many more sessions at this club!
