New to group fitness? Build strength and confidence in a 1-1 setting before dipping your toes in a faster paced environment. The Jumpstart program is designed to get you accustomed to a variety of movements and fitness styles seen in our group fitness classes.


About The Program
The Jumpstart program consists of three unique 1-1 sessions, each focusing on a different pillar of fitness- cardio, strength, and stability. After the program, you can choose to continue with customized 1-1 training or head to group fitness with the confidence you need!
