Your Class Access

BUILDING ROUTINE

​With the LWStrength community membership, you will get access to 20 classes per year, used in any way you choose. Add-on classes can be purchased and used at any time - but are not required.

LWStrength is an awesome spot for a great workout! The classes are the perfect mix of cardio and weights. The workouts are challenging but rewarding, and the energy from the instructors keeps you motivated throughout. I always leave feeling stronger and more accomplished. Highly recommend!

  • What is the "Stick To Your Goals" agreement?
    We take our investments into clients very seriously. That being said, for recurring group fitness plans, we require an initial six month "Stick To Your Goals" membership agreement. This is done to ensure the clients we work with understand that results will not happen overnight. Results take time and consistency. This also allows us to offer recurring plans at a discounted price. If a potential client is unsure they want to dedicate six months toward their health goals, we highly recommend trying a drop-in class, or opting for our pre-paid membership options.   • I'm new to fitness, can I take these classes?
    Yes! LWStrength training sessions have be designed to accommodate all fitness levels. Various exercise options are always shown to allow for full customization of your workout routine.
  • I have an injury, can I take these classes?
    All workout classes can be adapted to your specific limitations and fitness restrictions. Depending on your limitations, 1-1 trainings may be a better option to help address those limitations. If you are unsure if your injury will prevent you from full participation in class, please get in touch with us at support@lwstrength.com
  • How long are group classes?
    Fitness classes usually last around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the structure. This includes your warm-up and cool down.
  • What are the classes like?
    From bootcamps, strength classes, and your row-your-butt-off cardio sweat sessions, we do it all! Each class is unique in nature to give your body a challenge and keep the mind excited for more. You can find a full list of our current class list here!
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We do not offer any sign up discounts. Each member pays the same amounts for the same services, regardless of what time they signed up or how long they have been a member. It's part of our transparent and fair pricing model. That being said, we do offer a Community Membership plan. Please view this page for more information, or schedule a call here.
  • I would like to meet with you before signing up.
    We are happy to hear it! The best way to do this is to either book a call or to schedule a tour. These options can be found here.
